Frequently Asked Questions
Can I supply my own tiles or brassware?
To guarantee the quality of the finish and the validity of our warranty, we only install products we have specified and supplied.
This ensures that every component—from the concealed valve behind the wall to the tile on the surface—is compatible and meets our high standards.
In some cases, where we cannot supply exactly what has requested by the client, we would work with the manufacturer to ensure the product is comptaible with the project.
Do you offer a warranty on the installation?
Yes. We control both the supply and the fit – we provide a comprehensive 5-year labour guarantee as well as extensive product warranties with all of our brands (subject to manufacturers’ T&Cs )
This “single-source responsibility” means you never have to worry about a showroom blaming the installer or vice versa.
Do you handle specialist trades like electrics and plastering?
Absolutely. We offer a full “turnkey” service. Our multi-skilled team manages every aspect of the renovation, including waste removal, plastering, carpentry, electrical certification, and tiling. You don’t need to hire any other trades.
How long does a typical renovation take?
A complete luxury renovation typically takes around 3 weeks. We will discuss with you a detailed schedule before work begins so you know exactly what to expect. Some projects take longer, depending on the complexity of features and size of the room.
I want a steam room or infrared sauna—are your team trained to install these?
Yes. We are specialists in home wellness as well as bathrooms. From claw-foot baths to Finnish saunas, our technicians are specifically trained to install and waterproof complex systems from brands like Sunshower, EFFE, and Gessi, ensuring your home spa is safe, compliant, and built to last.
