What kind of a design service do we offer?
- Our comprehensive design service covers 2D floor plans and 3D ultra-realistic renders.
- On a project-by-project basis, we can also offer the design service of bespoke/handmade furniture, wooden or stone wall panelling, tile or stone book-matching, personalised brassware and more.
- We also offer mood boards, flat lays, and full-size room sets for large commercial projects.
- Our design service is available Nationwide as we can work with our clients remotely and in-person on request.

What kind of an installation service do we offer?
- Our main focus is well-built, long-lasting and practical bathrooms of any size.
- We specialise in full bathroom installations, especially in waterproofing and tiling of wet room showers, wall mounted WCs, electronic bidets, home spas and wellness centres.
- Our work covers all aspects of the project, including plumbing, electrics, first and second fix, any structural works, doors, windows, painting, waterproofing, joist reinforcement, false ceilings etc. ensuring that your bespoke bathroom or home spa is installed to the highest standards.
- For the moment, we only offer our top-notch installation service across Manchester and Cheshire.
- We pride ourselves on delivering work that is of the highest quality, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision becomes a reality.
What’s our website shop all about?
- Our website shop is more of a showcase, featuring a curated selection of popular and trendy products that are available for purchase in-store or via email or phone call.
How can you place an order with us?
- For individual products, simply contact us for pricing and availability, and we’ll be able to take your payment and shipping information, confirm your order, and you can then wait for it to be delivered.
- For full bathroom projects, please send us your floor plans and either images or a list (or both!) of the products that they would like to use, and we will prepare a full quotation for the whole project. This can then be ordered with us either in-person at the showroom, or via phone or email online.
What payment methods does we accept?
- We accept all the usual suspects, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
What’s our refund policy?
- We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Please note that for products which are considered non-standard, there may be a re-stocking charge and some fully bespoke products may also be non-refundable, so we will always triple check the order with you to avoid such situations.
How do we approach quality and workmanship?
- We’re sticklers for quality! Our products and services are crafted from the best materials sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure that our products are durable and long-lasting.
- We have a team of skilled craftsmen who are experts in their fields and take pride in delivering work that is of the highest quality. Our manufacturers ensure that their products undergo strict quality control measures and that they meet our high standards before they are delivered to our customers. We work with specialist European and fully certified manufacturers, most of whom are also eco-friendly and actively participating in offsetting their C2O production, recycling old products and using recycled shipping materials.
- And, we offer warranties on nearly all of our products, as well as a 3 year warranty on our installation service. The length of our product warranty depends on the manufacturer – these can range from 3 years to lifetime (25+) depending on the brand.
How long does shipping take?
- We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new goodies! If the goods are in stock, the shipping would take between 1-3 working days. If the goods are bespoke or out of stock, the lead time could vary from 2-8 working weeks, depending on the products and manufacturer. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. Plus, if you’re in a rush, you can always come and collect your order from our showroom.
Can I track my order?
- Currently, as we do not yet offer the ability to purchase online, the only way to track the order would be via our office team who placed the order directly with the manufacturer.
- Before the order gets confirmed, you will be notified of the expected lead-times.
- If there are delays or we expect the goods to arrive earlier, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Where is our showroom located?
- Our showroom is based in Mossley, east Manchester, and it’s pretty awesome if we do say so ourselves! You can see full bathroom bays, check out hundreds of tile designs, a multitude of on-trend products in all different finishes, such as coloured sanitaryware, coloured brassware, shower enclosures, a working steam-room, and a working Sunshower (part of our new wellness collection). It’s definitely worth a visit!
- Our showroom is open to the public, and we welcome visitors to come and see our products and services first hand.
- We do recommend booking an appointment before visiting to ensure that one of our experts is available to assist you.
What are our opening and operating hours?
- We’re pretty flexible! Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 10.30am-3pm. We’re even open on Sundays for appointment-only.
