How does the design fee rebate work?
We view our design service as a partnership.
Our design fee is £500 per bathroom.
If you choose to proceed with supplying your bathroom through Alfa Tiles, this fee is 100% credited back against your final product order (on orders over £2500). This means you receive professional architectural planning for free when you shop with us.
What exactly do I hand over to my builder?
You receive a comprehensive “Installer Pack.”
This includes more than just visual renders; it contains detailed CAD elevations, dimensioned floorplans, and technical data sheets for every valve and fixture.
This “blueprint” speaks your plumber’s language, minimising phone calls and preventing costly on-site errors.
Can I use your design but buy products elsewhere?
You own the design, so you are free to do as you wish.
However, our designs are created using specific products from our trusted suppliers to guarantee that components fit together perfectly.
We cannot guarantee the final look or functionality if alternative, lower-quality products are substituted.
Do you speak to my installer?
Yes – once the design is finalised and products are on site, we are happy to answer technical queries from your installer. Because we supplied the goods, we know exactly how they should be fitted (since we are installers ourselves) offering your builder a level of support that other online retailers simply cannot match.
How do you handle deliveries and stock?
We understand that builders work to tight schedules.
We collate your entire order in our warehouse and check it for quality before arranging a consolidated delivery to your home. This prevents the stress of multiple courier drops and ensures your installer has everything they need on Day 1.
